LOAN TYPES

Loan types

Five types, different tax and limit regimes. Pick the one you are after; calculate in the Bankacı app, then post a request on the same terms.

Mortgage refinancing (transfer)

Borrowing an existing housing loan again at a lower rate, usually at another bank. The decision comes from comparing the payoff amount, the early-payment compensation and the fees against the new plan's total.

Frequently asked questions

Why are personal and car loans one option on the form?

They carry the same taxes and their rates move together; Bankacı's rate statistics publish the pair as one average too. Use the notes field to name the car in your request.

Where are the limits written?

The BDDK's maximum-term and loan-to-value tables in force, with the Board decisions behind them, are on Bankacı's legal-limits page and are updated as they change.

I don't know which type to pick.

The purpose decides: car loan for a vehicle, housing loan for a home, transfer to move an existing mortgage, business loan for a company, personal loan for everything else. Pick the closest when posting; the banker corrects it if needed.
