The monthly contractual rate is multiplied by the taxes into a taxed rate (×1.30 on a personal loan). Instalment = amount × r ÷ (1 − (1 + r)^−term). Each month the interest runs on the outstanding principal; KKDF and BSMV sit inside the instalment as a share of that interest.
